**How you will contribute as part of the TRCA team**:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting project lifecycle functions. This role supports stakeholder and public engagement and administrative aspects and processes of projects.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates meetings, supports the preparation of agendas and presentations, taking minutes as requested, and conducting follow-ups on action items to ensure milestones are met, developing and updating communication material as requested to ensure clarity in project communications
- Supports maintenance of accurate project schedules, coordinating tracking of projects, tasks, timelines and deliverables
- Supports the creation of project plans with consideration for scope, deliverables, resources, schedule, cost, risks, quality, project monitoring, and reporting requirements
- Maintains records and file archives; ensures accurate and accessible project information, adhering to TRCA record retention policies
- Drafts internal and external correspondence, project briefs, communications and reports of a general and technical nature; coordinating the collection and consolidation of data, information and reports from internal/external stakeholders to support the writing of reports and assessments
- Coordinates TRCA and external agency permissions and related approvals required for projects
- Receives and responds to inquiries under the guidance of the project lead, fielding and escalating issues to senior staff as required
- Coordinates the preparation and execution of a broad range of consulting agreements and ensures the proper documentation of changes or amendments that may arise during execution
- Supports creation of TRCA invoices to project funder, including development of draft progress reports and other documentation as required
- Receives and reviews invoices, coordinating the authorization of payments
- Works with procurement team to source and arrange for contractors/vendors, drafting partnership, vendor and contract agreements with appropriate costs and specifications

**What will you need to succeed**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Environmental Science, Engineering (Civil/Environmental), Geography or a related field
- Valid Ontario Class G2 driver's license
- 2+ years of experience providing progressive project coordination
- Excellent organization skills (both in-office and virtual/digital environments) with strong verbal and written communication skills and sound customer service orientation using tact and courtesy
- Able to comprehend written documentation and procedural guidelines; skilled in writing clear correspondence (concise, logical, grammatically correct) with a demonstrated ability to prepare consultant terms of reference and procurement documents
- Able to self-manage workload and prioritize tasks as an ongoing challenge in a frequently fluctuating workload and multiple deadlines
