**What you’ll do**:
Reporting to the Petroleum Division Manager in Weyburn, the Farm & Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for building relationships and providing service, support, and knowledge to customers for a multitude of products including fuel, oil, ag equipment, feed, and home and building supplies. They will be responsible for on-farm and/or business calls with current and potential customers. They will communicate positive and negative feedback back to the proper sales department for future development and provide after sales support and communication to maintain and grow relationships with customers and support the division in achieving budgeted goals.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and have:

- 3-6 years experience in Petroleum Sales, Ag Sales or other related sales including experience achieving targets or goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Highly efficient organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills; both oral and written.
- A valid Class 5 Driver’s License. A Class 3A or Class 1A would be an asset.
- Ability to perform regular heavy lifting and bending - up to 25 kilograms (50 pounds)
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Outlook, and Excel); you possess skills to develop spreadsheets and documents and desire to incorporate new technology into your work.
- A team player mentality - you believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
