**Your duties will include**:
- Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger, light truck, medium truck, farm, industrial and OTR tires and wheels in a safe and efficient manner- Inspecting tires and wheels and delivering onsite customer tire maintenance programs- Accurate and professional customer service- Maintaining tire service equipment- Understanding and adhering to safe operation of all equipment

**What does it take to get on track?**- Three or more years of tire-related experience- Working knowledge of passenger, light truck, medium truck, farm, industrial and OTR tires- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract- A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships- Proven ability to work independently with mínimal supervision- Basic computer skills- Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
