**Job Title: Security Guard Supervisor (Airport)**

**Position Overview**:
As a Security Guard Supervisor at the airport, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the security operations of our agents at the airport. You will lead a team of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of passengers, personnel, and property within the airport premises. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to maintain a high level of security standards in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**: Provide leadership and direction to the security guard team, ensuring adherence to security protocols, procedures, and regulations. Assign duties and responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- **Security Operations Management**: Oversee day-to-day security operations, including access control, surveillance monitoring, patrolling, and incident response. Maintain vigilance to identify and address security risks and threats promptly.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure compliance with airport security regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and activities. Prepare and submit reports as necessary.
- **Team Communication**: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among security guards. Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure information sharing and coordination across shifts and departments.
- **Equipment and Resource Management**: Manage security equipment, tools, and resources efficiently. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functioning and availability when needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of [5] years of experience in security operations, preferably in an airport or similar environment.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with strong managerial skills.
- Excellent knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform security duties, including standing, walking.
- Clean criminal record and background check.
