**Main Accountabilities Include**:

- Ensure accuracy of all weight and balance requirements.
- Promptly handle all customer service complaints with a focus on positive resolution.
- Complete all check-in procedures including the handling of reservations, ticketing, seat assignments, airport announcements and checking for proper international documentation.
- Assist customers with special needs and unaccompanied minors.
- When operating jetways, Passenger Service Agents will be required to work at heights of over 15 feet and be responsible for open/closing aircraft doors.
- Must be able to read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage and cargo routing tags.
- Ensure the safe and secure operations in accordance with the highest possible standards of health, safety, security and all government statutory requirements
- You may be required to drive and operate small specialized commercial vehicles at times and as such you will require a valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
- Ensure tasks are performed in accordance with the Company and Airlines specific procedures and policies.
- Required to attend the mandatory training imposed by the Company and Airlines as per job role.
- Must be able to comfortably and continuously move/lift customer luggage with an average weight of 50 pounds, in some cases exceeded 70 pounds.
- Promote a professional image at all time and comply with company uniform standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to work in Canada.
- Must have high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
- Must complete and pass initial new hire classroom and on-the-job training.
- Valid G or G2 driver’s license with good driving record.
- Must be able to hold and maintain all required airport security clearance.
- Reliability, our customer and your fellow employees rely on you.
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Must be comfortable working in an airport environment.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.

**Les principales responsabilités incluent**:

- Assurer l'exactitude de toutes les exigences de masse et centrage.
- Traiter rapidement toutes les plaintes du service client en mettant l'accent sur une résolution positive.
- Effectuez toutes les procédures d'enregistrement, y compris la gestion des réservations, la billetterie, l'attribution des sièges, les annonces d'aéroport et la vérification de la documentation internationale appropriée.
- Aider les clients ayant des besoins spéciaux et les mineurs non accompagnés.
- Lors de l'exploitation des passerelles, les agents de service aux passagers devront travailler à des hauteurs de plus de 15 pieds et être responsables de l'ouverture/fermeture des portes de l'avion.
- Doit être capable de lire et d'interpréter les instructions de chargement de la masse et du centrage des aéronefs, les étiquettes d'identification des matières dangereuses, les manifestes de chargement des aéronefs et les étiquettes d'acheminement des bagages et du fret.
- Assurer les opérations sûres et sécurisées conformément aux normes les plus élevées possibles de santé, de sûreté, de sécurité et à toutes les exigences légales gouvernementales.
- Vous devrez peut-être conduire et exploiter de petits véhicules commerciaux spécialisés à l'occasion et, à ce titre, vous aurez besoin d'un permis de conduire valide avec un dossier de conduite clair.
- S'assurer que les tâches sont effectuées conformément aux procédures et politiques spécifiques de la compagnie et des compagnies aériennes.
- Nécessaire pour assister à la formation obligatoire imposée par la compagnie et les compagnies aériennes selon le rôle du poste.
- Doit être capable de déplacer/soulever confortablement et en continu les bagages des clients d'un poids moyen de 50 livres, dépassant dans certains cas 70 livres.
- Promouvoir une image professionnelle en tout temps et respecter les normes uniformes de l'entreprise
