We are hiring a **channel sales manager or specialist** to drive the growth, development, and performance for our Middle East Territory. Nureva sells its products through a network of distributors and resellers around the world. This highly collaborative role will have you working closely with our marketing, product management and other sales team members internally. That collaboration will help you to reach out and proactively work with our distributors and resellers to drive product awareness, build the sales funnel, and deliver revenue in the Middle East territory. In this role, you will be accountable for sales results.

You are a dynamic self-starter that can quickly learn and adapt, and you look forward to the challenge of helping to build a business from an early stage. You enjoy working with a team but are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done on your own.

**You will**
- Create and manage programs to drive distributor and reseller engagement and sales activity.
- Be accountable for sales results across all Nureva product lines in your assigned Territory and possibly other regions.
- Support key sales opportunities and sales presentations
- Help identify new potential resellers and support the distributor with their on-boarding.
- Review and update sales pipeline
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts to sales management.
- Gather and share field, channel, and customer feedback within Nureva.
- Initiate and manage regular planning and performance review with the channel.
- Develop alignment with dealers to maximize sales of Nureva products to meet their objectives.
- Support dealer sales opportunities
- Conduct remote demonstrations of the Nureva audio conferencing systems for distributors, dealers and end users, as required.
- Support Nureva events in person and/or remotely
- Work collaboratively with the marketing to leverage existing materials and programs, and help distributors and resellers adapt them to their own markets
- Regularly report territory progress and issues, including sales targets and other key metrics

**You have**
- Excellent listening skills with a consultative approach to selling
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to learn about and frame product/solution USPs
- An ability to ask good questions and solve problems
- 3+ years sales experience in a business-to-business environment, ideally in the technology space
- An ability to travel
