**QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING**:

- College Diploma in Computer Technology or University Degree in Computer Science and/or 5-10 years equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Unified Communications platforms including Microsoft InTune, O365 & MS Exchange
- Experience with Vocera voice & secure text messaging platforms would be an asset
- Certifications in MCSA, MCSE & ITIL certification preferred
- Experience working with MS Active Directory & Azure AD
- Experience with the deployment of Mobile assets and dealing with telecom providers
- Self-starter with ability to self-manage at required service and work performance standards; Able to set high standards for results, and once achieved, able to raise the standards even higher
- Previous Healthcare Experience would be an asset
- Proven ability to create & maintain procedure documentation, ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and to build strong relationships, analytical skills with an aptitude for process evaluation and problem-solving
- Actively involved in continuing education opportunities
- Ability to learn new areas of unfamiliar territory, to meet & prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines
- Evidence of effective customer service, organizational, interpersonal, communication, leadership, judgement, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Consistent and regular attendance required
- Proficiency in English is required, French will be considered an asset.
