**What you’ll do.**

**What you’ll need**:
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving abstract & background check;
- Minimum 5 years Automotive Sales Manager experience
- Strong English Literacy (verbal and written);
- High School Diploma or equivalent, and preferably post-secondary education
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously to deliver exceptional customer service
- The ability to deliver on our four pillars: Respect, Responsibility, Reliability, and Relationship;
- To thrive in an environment where customers rely on you for effective knowledge to help them
- Knowledge of sales cycle;
- Strong computer skills;
- Professional and friendly approach;
- Ability, and desire, to succeed and go above-and-beyond.
