Residential Front Desk Administrator

KG Group is looking for a temporary (term of 14 months) and full-time front desk administrator for a luxury apartment building in Toronto.
Duties include greeting residents, guests and contractors; as well as assisting with building administration of electronic keyless entry system, package system, move in/out booking, resident notification, rent collection and other ad hoc duties.
Full training will be provided by system installers as well as building staff.
We are seeking highly motivated applicants who can learn quickly and take initiative. Proficient computer knowledge is required. Previous condo, concierge or apartment administrative experience will be preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
