Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de LBC Tech, Banque Laurentienne, une filiale de Banque Laurentienne Groupe Financier.

**Responsabilités**:
º Effectuer les mises à niveau de maintenance et de version au moment opportun ou au besoin; diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels et logiciels du réseau local, du réseau étendu et/ou du réseau de stockage; assurer la surveillance des systèmes d'alerte.

º Surveiller la performance et la capacité des réseaux en matière de réponse, de débit et de disponibilité.

º Analyser les exigences de réseau et contribuer à la conception de l'architecture, de l'intégration et de l'installation du réseau local, du réseau étendu et du réseau de stockage.

º Participer au besoin aux tâches de reniflage et de traçage de réseau ainsi qu'à la documentation et à la préparation des rapports.

º Préparer et tenir à jour la documentation de la surveillance des systèmes d'alerte, des connexions de réseau local, étendu, de stockage et Internet, ainsi que de l'ensemble de l'équipement et des configurations de sécurité des réseaux.

º Installer, configurer et administrer les systèmes matériels et logiciels pour qu'ils fournissent une fonctionnalité de sécurité du réseau appropriée dans le cadre des activités courantes ou des travaux de projets.

º Assurer l'administration des commutateurs du réseau de stockage, ce qui inclut la surveillance, l'optimisation de la performance, la maintenance et le soutien à la production pour les commutateurs.

º Mener des recherches, évaluer, concevoir, tester, recommander et planifier la mise en oeuvre de matériel, de logiciels et de dispositifs réseau nouveaux ou améliorés.

º Aider à tenir à jour et à tester les plans, les processus et les procédures de continuité des activités et de reprise après sinistre.

º Fournir du soutien de niveau 3 pour l'environnement de réseau.

**Qualifications**:
º Diplôme universitaire en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe et de quatre à six années d'expérience pertinente

ou

º Diplôme collégial en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe et de sept à dix années d'expérience pertinente

º Au moins cinq années d'expérience en matière de soutien à grande échelle essentiel à la mission de l'entreprise, dans un environnement qui fonctionne en tout temps

º Certification Cisco dans l'un des domaines suivants : CCDE, CCIE Routage et commutation, CCIE Collaboration, CCIE Sécurité

º Expérience des réseaux TCP/IP complexes et de leurs multiples protocoles de routage; connaissance des protocoles BGP et OPSF et des technologies CWDM/DWDM.

º Excellente connaissance des outils et des protocoles de localisation des pannes (reniflage, traçage, SNMP, etc.)

º Expérience dans le matériel de mise en réseau et les technologies de câblage

º Expérience pratique des processus de gestion des incidents, de gestion du changement et de gestion des problèmes

º Expérience pratique et expertise technique de la configuration des routeurs et des commutateurs, des topologies de réseaux, des logiciels applicables, de l'identification des problèmes et des techniques de dépannage

º Excellente connaissance des outils de réseau utilisés pour soutenir un environnement multiplateforme, résoudre les problèmes liés au réseau et surveiller la capacité, la performance, la sécurité et la disponibilité du réseau local, du réseau étendu et du réseau de stockage

º Excellente connaissance des services des fournisseurs de réseau et des télécommunicateurs, de l'ingénierie de réseau (matérielle et logicielle) ainsi que de la conception et de la planification de réseau

º Solides compétences en résolution de problème
