As a Active Spine Wellness Coordinator, you’ll create the Active Spine Experience for our patients through excellent service and premium healthcare. You’ll be in a magnetic clinic environment where you’ll have the ability to master your hospitality skills, work alongside friends and meet new people every day. A Active Spine adjustment and smile can go a long way, and we believe our wellness coordinators have the power to be the best moment in each patient’s day. **Basic Qualifications**
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings starting as early as 8:30 am, evenings ending as late as 8:00 pm, and weekend mornings
- Meet clinic operating policies and standards, including providing exceptional customer service, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand our patients, including discovering and responding to patient needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Process patient transactions and manage schedules in our electronic management software
- Communicate with patients through our customer management software
- Available to perform many different tasks within the clinic during each shift

- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
