Ivy Pilates Studio is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, the Social Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in expanding Ivy Pilates Studio's online presence and engaging with our community. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance Ivy Pilates Studio's brand awareness and online visibility.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content across various social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram, to promote our classes, workshops, and studio offerings.
- Utilize creative storytelling techniques to showcase the unique benefits of Pilates and Ivy Pilates Studio to captivate our audience.
- Manage and maintain Ivy Pilates Studio's social media accounts, ensuring consistent and cohesive branding, tone, and messaging.
- Implement effective social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement, increase followers, and attract potential clients.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to ensure Ivy Pilates Studio remains at the forefront of digital marketing.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in social media management, content creation, and advertising is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and a solid understanding of its features and algorithms.
- Proficiency in using social media scheduling and analytics tools to manage and measure performance.
- Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising techniques and the ability to create compelling ad campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging captions and stories that align with Ivy Pilates Studio's brand voice.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics to inform decision-making and optimize content strategy.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and Pilates is preferred, but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
