The Project Manager will be accountable for coordinating stakeholder activities in each area to ensure they are progressing effectively and on schedule. They will also be responsible for planning and defining scope, sequencing of activities, planning resources needed, developing timelines and schedules, managing project documentation, creating project frameworks, managing issues, monitoring progress, reporting, and providing team coordination. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of effective project and change management principles, and a proven record of collaboration with stakeholders and partners. Additionally, the Project Manager will lead the program development and quality improvement initiatives across the CYF portfolio and will make recommendations for appropriate program evaluation processes. The Project Manager will be a key member of the CYF leadership team and will provide consultation and support to managers regarding effective program development strategies.
