**How your role will add to the story**:
The Product Management Parts Manager will support the growth of the MBC Customer Pay business in the area of Dealer facing programs such National Accounts, Parts Trading and Accessories business. They will oversee the Parts Pricing strategy and process for MBC and will be the lead on topics related to Marketing activities. They will coordinate programs with all vendor partners, including Daimler and local suppliers. As well as develop programs in partnership with GSP, RSMs and the Dealers that align to strategic objectives and meet or exceed revenue growth targets for MBC.

**A day in the life**
**Parts Pricing**
- Lead the strategy and processes for Parts Pricing for MBC.
- Work in collaboration with the GSP Pricing Team on updates and initiatives.
- Work with external vendors and data sources to implement predictive pricing models that optimize revenue for MBC and Dealers.
- Coordinate pricing activities such as Core Prices, Warranty Part Prices, Department of Defense and New Model parts pricing in partnership with other departments within MBC.

**National Accounts Program**
- Lead the coordination of all National Account programs (2 Headcount + 1 Intern)
- Support negotiations, contract creation and program design with vendors
- Ensure that a seasonal marketing plan and promotions are created and executed
- Ensure that National Accounts billing process is optimized and invoices are being processed in a timely manner.
- Work with existing vendors and new vendors on new product, programs and promotions to grow revenue.

**Parts Trading (Wholesale)**
- Lead the coordination of the Parts Trading business (1 HC) in the Canadian market with special focus on the PartsPro Dealers
- Define, implement and enforce the PartsPro program requirements with Dealers
- Oversee the coordination of Central Field Force activities and ensure that Dealers focus on building ISP relationships
- Oversee the Marketing and Promotional Plans in partnership with National Marketing
- Support the growth of Ecommerce activities with Daimler solutions and third party solutions when needed.
- Oversee the strategy for Remanufactured Parts from GSP.

**Accessories and Collection**
- Lead the strategy of the Accessories program (1HC)
- Work in close collaboration with MBCS on technical accessories planning, product launches and definition of sales targets.
- Ensure that there is a seasonal promotional plan in partnership with National Marketing
- Oversee the Winter Tire Package Program in collaboration with Third party vendor, PDC and MBCS
- Manage and leverage Third Party partner to manage Local Collection activities
- Explore additional sales opportunities for the product line including programs with National Sales, CPO and MBFS.
- Explore port install program at the existing or future VPC.

**Marketing Integration Lead**
- Work in collaboration with National Marketing Department on key marketing initiatives for After Sales.

**People Management**
- Mentor, coach and manage the team
- Drive high performance by setting clear goals and expectations
