_**Conglom**_ est à la recherche d’un/d'une représentant(e) des ventes qui couvrira un territoire spécifique. Sous les directives du chef national des ventes, le représentant aura comme responsabilité de maintenir le positionnement de nos produits, d’intégrer les nouveautés et de développer des opportunités chez nos clients actuels et futurs.
- Effectuer des visites périodiques, en magasin, afin d’assurer un suivi adéquat et d’apporter les correctifs nécessaires dans le but d’améliorer les ventes
- Prendre des commandes, identifier et répondre aux besoins des clients
- Développer des relations durables avec les personnes-ressources en magasin et instaurer une fidélisation
- Développer, communiquer et vendre des stratégies de vente aux magasins, afin d’augmenter la visibilité des marques
- Développer et offrir des spéciaux, tels que des offres promotionnelles personnalisées
- Être à l'affût des différentes opportunités de ventes et établir le contact avec les clients potentiels
- Assurer la croissance des ventes en atteignant les objectifs fixés
- Solliciter des nouveau clients détail

**EXIGENCES**
- Détenir minimum 1 année d’expérience en représentation dans les ventes
- Bonne capacité d’innovation et de créativité
- Bon communicateur axé sur le service clients
- Bonne capacité de calcul de marge
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Autonome, astucieux et aimant relever des défis
- Bonne connaissance informatique (suite office)

**Job description**

Conglom is looking for a Sales Representative who will cover a specific territory. Under the direction of the Director of Sales, the Representative will be responsible for maintaining the positioning of our products, integrating new products and developing opportunities with our current and future customers.
- Perform periodic in-store visits to ensure adequate follow-up and make the necessary corrections in order to improve sales
- Take orders, identify and respond to customer needs
- Develop lasting relationships with in-store resource people and establish loyalty
- Develop, communicate and sell sales strategies to stores in order to increase brand visibility
- Develop and deliver specials, such as personalized promotional offers
- Be on the lookout for different sales opportunities and establish contact with potential customers
- Ensure sales growth by achieving set objectives
- Solicit new retail customers

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in representation in sales
- Good capacity for innovation and creativity
- Good communicator focused on customer service
- Good margin calculation skills
- Ability to analyze and synthesize
- Autonomous, clever and liking to take up challenges
- Good computer knowledge (Office Suite)
