**Real Estate Client Care Coordinator - Full-Time Opportunity**

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- **Transaction Coordination**: Prepare and process agreements, amendments, price changes, and listing extensions.
- **Deadline Management**: Stay on top of key dates and follow up with agents, lawyers, clients, and lenders.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all documentation meets brokerage and industry standards.
- **Client Communication**: Regularly interact with clients and professionals to arrange meetings, set up showings and get information.
- **MLS Listings**: Manage property listings and keep them updated in MLS.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate listing photos, inspections, staging, and appointments.
- **Database & Systems Management**: Keep our client database and transaction systems organized and current.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning open houses and client events (we like to party and treat our clients like royalty)
- **Social Media Management**: Post consistently on Facebook and Instagram to promote listings and our brand.
- **Marketing Materials**: Design brochures, digital newsletters, social posts, and other creative content.
- **Errands & Tasks**: Handle occasional errands and prepare client gifts (vehicle required—mileage compensated).
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **A Multi-Tasking Expert**: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can shift priorities without missing a beat.
- **Detail-Oriented & Organized**: You catch the little things that matter and never let deadlines slip by.
- **Social Media Savvy**: You know your way around Facebook and Instagram and feel comfortable posting content independently. Don’t worry, you won’t need to be in front of the camera. Save that to us.
- **Tech Skills**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and creative platforms like Canva is a plus.
**What You’ll Bring**:
- **2+ years of administrative experience** (bonus points if it’s in real estate).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **A great attitude** Always willing to help and as well as taking ownership of any mistakes is a must. That’s how we learn.
- **Customer service skills** that make clients feel valued and well cared for.
- Ability to **work independently** with mínimal direction and confidence in making decisions. Don’t worry we will train you.
- Social media skills (preferred but if not we can teach you)

**Job Type**: Full-time (varies between 30 to 40 hours as we have busier and quieter times)
**Location**: Office location 84 Chain Lake Drive Suite 300, Halifax NS and work from home.
**Compensation**: Hourly. Mileage for errands compensated.
