The Barnes family has been in the Western Canadian automotive business for over 40 years, beginning with a General Motors dealership in Camrose, Alberta and growing rapidly since then.

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the COO and the CFO, the main focus of this role is to support Head Office by ensuring communications are delivered and handled in a timely manner within our Victoria dealerships. You will be responsible for monitoring systems and processes, travelling between stores and following up with General Managers, and reporting and updating Head Office on the day-to-day operations of the island dealerships.

**Job Type**: Full-time, permanent

**Wage**: $45,000-$55,000 per year

**Schedule**: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday

**Qualifications**
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly
- Your own mode of transportation
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- Solutions-minded, upbeat and positive
