**About the role**

We’re looking for a National Manager, Loss Prevention for our remote risk analysis team in Commercial Lines

**What you’ll do here**:

- Lead the operations of a national team in remote risk analysis to achieve key business goals.
- Monitor the activities of a highly agile team focused on innovation, using technological tools and emerging processes on a daily basis.
- Assume responsibility for the selection process and hiring of employee’s nationwide that will deliver a superior level of customer service to all our clients.
- Provide the required support to employees in the development of their skills and ensure adequate succession at all levels of positions.
- Encourage knowledge transfer between consultants and actively participate in their development plans.
- Provide inspiring leadership by continually keeping the team informed of initiatives and results, sharing responsibility for global performance, productivity, and engagement of team members. Take a collaborative approach by soliciting feedback from the team.
- Initiate and support best practices to achieve and maintain business objectives. Look for solutions and focus on results.
- Foster change by challenging the status quo, adopting a positive attitude, and motivating others. Be a leader focused on emerging technologies as well as continuous improvement of loss prevention processes.
- Plan, organize, and monitor the various mandates within the team such as current and upcoming projects, workload, as well as the constantly evolving service offer.
- Organize regular coaching sessions (development of technical knowledge, new process, efficiency, productivity, level of service, customer experience, quality controls) and support each member of the team to progress.
- Follow up with customers based on survey results. Formulate analyses and hypotheses in order to offer an outstanding customer experience.
- Develop strong business relationship focused on collaboration with loss prevention, underwriting, claims, brokers and other strategic partners.

**What you bring to the table**
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in property and casualty insurance (commercial insurance, loss prevention)
- Experience in team management or project management
- Post-secondary education degree in engineering, technical engineering, related sciences preferred or equivalent experience
- CRM, CIP or FCIP designation preferred
- Leadership ability to influence and motivate people and facilitate change.
- Ability to set clear objectives and monitor the progress of multiple initiatives and deadlines. Strong ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster and maintain effective professional relationships at all levels of the organization
- Very good knowledge of technology (virtual self-assessments, automation, artificial intelligence, analysis tools, power BI, API, etc.)
- Must be able to monitor industry trends in remote risk analysis or other developments that may impact business results
- Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple projects and initiatives at the same time
- Experience in managing a remote team is considered an asset
