Overview

The Business, Security & End User Services (BSES) department is seeking a Technology Analyst Co-op Student to join our team, where our focus is always on our end-users and prioritizing the client experience. This is a full-time, (4) four-month student position starting September 2023. This position is a hybrid role of remote and on-site work in our Richmond office.

What you'll do

**As a Technology Analyst Co-op Student, you will**:

- Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand business needs
- Support continuous improvement activities that expand and enhance the use of EU technology platform capabilities across the organization

- Think strategically when reviewing business needs.
- Analyze and demonstrate critical thinking to understand business processes at an enterprise level.
- Demonstrate self-motivation by creating and executing plans.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.

**Your experience and educational background**:

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program and majoring in Science, Business or Arts.
- Demonstrated interest or aptitude in technology is required.
- Previous customer service or co-op experience is required.
- Previous research or analyst experience is preferred.
