Oversee office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
- Administering and provide experts payrolls and advance system to Accounts.
- Responsible for processing routine payments to employees, drivers and subcontractors. Ensure payroll deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, verify accuracy of work and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Ensure all vendors invoices are received and entered in time so payments can be processed efficiently on timely manner.
- Monitor, enter and keep record of parts inventory, the maintenance and repair of vehicles when required.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, software’s, forms, webforms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Manage performance standards and complex administrative issues.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Resolve work related problems and customer complaints.
- Formulate policy and procedures in co-ordination between staff and senior Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
