**Positions available**: 1 - Permanent Full Time

**Position Overview**:
Under the direction of the Director of Mental Health and Addictions, the Family Healing Manager will manage the day to day operations of the Family Healing Centre to ensure that the programming and the facility meets the current developmental, cultural, treatment, and psycho-social needs of the client group. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the provision of holistic Family Healing Services for adults and their children through a 24-hour care setting that is consistent with the vision, mission and core values established by Dilico Anishinabek Family Care. As well, the Family Healing Manager will be responsible for maintaining linkages with Dilico District Services and Communities in the Robinson Superior Treaty Area and for collaborating on program development to meet the needs of First Nations Communities, particularly in the Robinson Superior Treaty Area.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A Social Work or Psychology Graduate Degree is preferred
- A minimum four-year Social Work Degree or related Degree is acceptable
- Three or more years related experience in the field of Addictions and mental health Services particularly relating to Aboriginal clients
- Three (3) or more years managerial experience
- Satisfactory Criminal Records Search
- Ability to work flexible hours as determined by the Director of Mental Health and Addictions in relation to service requirements
- Must posses a Class “G” Driver’s License and must have access to a personal vehicle
- Must complete a medical and receive the required immunizations as recommended by the local medical officer of health

**Hours of Work**: 35 hours per week
