An extensive 46-acre repair facility and mobile services spanning the country. **Role Definition**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and generate necessary documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth shipping processes.
- Manage and accurately input receipt information into the ERP system, ensuring proper documentation and verification of received goods.
- Notify relevant stakeholders about the status of shipments, ensuring timely updates and communication.
- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumable items and initiate purchasing orders as needed.
- Actively monitor and track the status of shipments to ensure on-time delivery, identifying potential delays or issues and take proactive measures to expedite shipments
- Collaborate with production teams to manage material flow adjustments in the ERP system.
- Assisting in implementing improved processes for optimal inventory management to enhance operational efficiency within the supply chain.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to maintain smooth production operations.
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in supply chain or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, SAP an asset
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving logístical issues, including expediting processes.
