**About you**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of claims.
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Ensure all relevant information is properly recorded and filed for reference and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our claims and administrative systems.
- Collaborate with experienced adjusters to assist in thorough investigations of a claim.
- Learn to evaluate claims and determine coverage by analyzing policy terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with mentors to understand nuances and complexities of different claims scenarios.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and contribute to team efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional service, ensuring their needs are addressed professionally and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is asset.
- Knowledge of insurance principals, terminology and practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (OneDrive, Word, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic office tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
