**Key Responsibilities**: Manage all administrative tasks including tenant correspondence, work orders, service requests and coding of accounts payable invoices.
- Review leases, prepare lease abstracts and input critical information into database.
- Coordinate tenant move in’s, collect applicable insurance, PAD and contact information.
- Coordinate tenant move out’s, stop billing notices, etc.
- Monthly review of rent rolls and pre-authorized debit reports.
- Assist in collection of rent and outstanding arrears, preparation of accounts receivable reporting including commentary and preparation of account reconciliations as required.
- Issue demand, default and termination notices.
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets including collection and review of RFP’s and contracts.
- Provide support with preparation of monthly ownership reports, including variance commentary.
- Monthly update of management report information in Excel spreadsheets, including pivot table and formula updates.
- Collect monthly check meter readings and process tenant chargebacks.
- Assist to verify CAM and Tax information for year-end adjustments.
- Establish and foster relationships throughout the organization to ensure flow of information is maintained.
- Participate in and lead special projects and events.
- Other duties as required.

**Experience/Skills**:
Minimum 3+ years of administration experience, ideally within commercial property management and looking to expand their knowledge and experience.
- Excellent Excel skills - minimum intermediate level.
- Strong Word, OneNote and Outlook skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, building operators, co-workers and members of the executive.
- Experience with auditing tenant leases, contracts and monthly rent rolls.
- Experience with accounts receivable reconciliations and rent collection.
- Basic understanding of financial statements, budgets and monthly variance reporting.
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy and quality.
- Ability to problem solve and offer solutions.
- Familiarity with Yardi software is an asset.
