**Are you passionate about resource management and want to work for a company that is committed to excellence?**

We are looking for an organized and proactive **Resourcing Specialist **for our **Calgary** branch to effectively manage service delivery requests through successful identification, deployment, and assignment of consultants Utilizing various management tools and internal and external partners, you will proactively assign and manage IT professionals’ schedules for a variety of projects.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Managing and processing resourcing requests, deploying and assigning consultants to pre-sales and delivery engagements
- Managing consultants’ profiles
- Coordinating and managing projects in our CRM
- Generating reports on availability and utilization
- Inputting and maintaining data integrity in company systems
- Facilitating orientation applicable to resourcing for new hires
- Collaborating with other branches to lend and borrow consultants
- Working in partnership with project managers, consultants and account managers on schedules and project forecasting
- Collaborating with recruitment and client services managers to determine skills in high demand and priorities for hiring
- Working with response management services to provide data for bids
- Running team meetings with functional teams to get updates on forecasted utilization in projects

**What You Bring**:

- 2+ years of corporate experience managing/coordinating data, processes, or teams
- High attention to detail and ability to organize priorities
- Ability to work both independently, with mínimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Ability to define a problem, look at it from different perspectives and consider alternative solutions before formulating a plan to resolve it
- Advanced Excel skills

**What Makes You Extra Awesome**:

- Experience working specifically within a consulting or resource management role
- Strong knowledge of IT skillsets
- Experience with PowerBI
