In a market that demands the very best out of it's suppliers and equipment, we've been growing rapidly. In order to meet the increased demand for our equipment we are currently seeking a Research & Development Technician.

Your core mission in this role is to assist the R&D team with product development projects and assignments. You’ll collaborate effectively with other team members - both R&D and Cross-Functional - to solve critical problems throughout the product development process.

**Your responsibilities in this role will include**:

- Assisting with design, fabrication and assembly of concepts and prototypes
- Testing prototypes to verify product reliability and make adjustments as required
- Designing and fabricating jigs and fixtures for testing and replicating various field conditions
- Participate in product development projects, which include researching and developing ideas for new and current existing products

**We’re looking for**:

- Experience in fabricating, machining welding and repair of machinery
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and sketches
- Passion and ability for problem solving and decision making
- Must be a self-starter and work well with mínimal supervision
