**Administrative Assistant**
***to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the
**Administrative Assistant** you will provide administration support to the Line Operations office for the day to day requirements of the Pilot group.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist Line Operations Office in the Coordination of Pilot Hiring
- Assist Line Ops Office and Flight Ops Coordinator with the scheduling of interviews, preparation of required interview documents, room set-up and tracking of interview completion notes.
- Assist in the coordination of the Pilot Graduation Ceremony as required.
- Distribute Captain Reports as required for further review and action from other departments within the Airline.
- Respond to the applicable Pilot advising receipt of their Captain Report.
- Maintain Pilot Seniority list with all required changes.
- Publish FOAM with updated Seniority list twice a year as per the Pilot CBA.
- Maintain Pilot Status master list with all required changes and provide Admin team with updates as needed.
- Assist Senior Librarian with office requirements as needed
- Assist with day-to-day Pilot logistics

**What You’ll Need**:

- Knowledge and experience in computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
- High level of organization skills
- Post-secondary education considered an asset
- Previous airline operational experience, an asset
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve
- Committed to teamwork; understands the concept of working towards a common goal
