Manufacturing Associate Professional
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Associate Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from design and engineering to assembly and packaging. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and strong work ethic will be essential to ensure the efficient and accurate production of our products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Design and Engineering**:
- Design and develop components using CAD software or other relevant tools.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) for production.
- Generate accurate and comprehensive order sheets for procurement.
- **Fabrication and Assembly**:
- Program, operate, and maintain **bending machine** to shape metal components.
- Perform various metalworking techniques, including bending, forming, and fabrication.
- Utilize **grinding and finishing** equipment to achieve desired surface finishes.
- **Assemble** cabinets and other complex assemblies according to specifications.
- **Package** finished products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and protection.
- **Quality Control**:
- Conduct thorough **inspections **of parts and assemblies to verify quality and adherence to standards.
- **Identify and resolve** any quality issues or defects promptly.
- **Material Handling**:
- **Efficiently handle** and store materials and components in a well-organized manner.
- Follow proper inventory control procedures to maintain accurate records.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Willingness to learn**: A positive attitude and eagerness to acquire new skills, including CAD software and various manufacturing techniques.
- **Strong work ethic and commitment to quality**: A reliable and dedicated approach to work.
- **Attention to detail**: The ability to accurately follow instructions and procedures.

Pay: $17.48-$22.40 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
