Front Desk Security Agent

**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the building to maintain a secure environment.
- Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, following established protocols.
- Manage incoming calls, deliveries, and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, incidents, and daily activities.
- Collaborate with building management and staff to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Report any maintenance or security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
**Qualifications**:
- Fully bilingual (French and English) is a must.
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is required.
- BSP (Bureau de la sécurité privée) certificate is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills for handling security systems and logging activities.
- Ability to work evenings 3 pm to 11 pm Monday to Friday.
