General filing of documentation on weekly basis.
- Perform administrative support functions as requested by technical or managerial staff.
- Communicate with Clients regarding documentation and invoicing.
- Updating spreadsheets, SharePoint, databases, and inventories with statistical information.
- Organizing internal meetings and taking minutes as necessary
- Maintaining all QHSE actions and communicating with internal staff members to ensure timely completion.
- Maintaining various Quality related documentation such as non-conformance reports, internal audit schedules, procedures, and policies.
- Maintaining various Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) documentation such as meeting minutes, inspection reports, accident records, hazard identifications and near-miss and positive observation reports.
- Assisting with implementation of Corporate Management System, documenting procedures, work instructions, processes, forms, and records.
- Entering information into spreadsheets and online databases with reference to accidents, first aid, hazardous material, training, corrective actions, client complaints and internal non-conformance.
- Updating the quality and safety boards with contact details, procedures, posters, performance results, and any other relevant HSE information.
- Working with the QHSE Committee, and other key stakeholders to provide administrative support for internal improvement projects.
- Compiling order sheets for first aid and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Providing support to the QHSE Committee including sending invites for meetings, collating, and distributing information, and taking minutes.
- Communicating QHSE information to internal or external stakeholders as required.
- Any other administrative function as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of HSE or Quality Administration experience required.
- Post-secondary education (Degree, Diploma, Certificate) in HSE or Quality considered an asset.
- Sound understanding of office management and working practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivating.
- Strong computer skills.
- The ability to work with others and develop good working relationships.
- Previous experience in Quality, HSE, or any element, would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 (Quality) and COR (HSE) standards is desirable.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
