Competitive Bid Coordination Represents AHS in procurement contract negotiations for assigned large scale procurements/contracts. Develops and executes sourcing strategies to find, evaluate and engage suppliers of goods and services. Determines desired service levels, pricing and business terms for acquisition. Coordinates and facilitates multi-source competitive bidding processes including analysis of multiple proposals and vendor/ stakeholder negotiations. Analyzes proposals and recommends contract awards for approval. Vendor Maintenance Establishes and maintains vendor relationships facilitating contract renewals and amendments. Leads the implementation of contracts with stakeholders and vendors Monitors contract performance and seeks improvements or resolution to contract issues. Information Management and Reporting Assesses market opportunities/threats and recommends plans to address. Analyzes and interprets complex data to support procurement strategies. Identifies improvements or resolutions to contract issues.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree. Preference is in a health or business-related field. Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) is an asset.
