**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking a Programmatic Specialist who thrives in a dynamic digital media environment. You have a strong background in programmatic revenue management and a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem. Your analytical skills enable you to optimize campaigns effectively and drive revenue growth. You're a proactive problem solver who can troubleshoot technological issues and collaborate across multiple teams. With excellent communication skills, you are comfortable coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams. You possess the authority to make critical decisions, negotiate, and manage contracts with third-party vendors.
**What will your day look like?**:
- Review Campaigns: Checking performance metrics and identifying any campaigns that need immediate attention.
- Team Stand-ups: Inform, educate and speak to metrics for ongoing projects and priorities.
- Troubleshooting: Address any technical issues or discrepancies in ad serving with the tech team.
- Client Communication: Discuss campaign progress with clients or the sales team and address any specific requests.
- Optimization: Tweak underperforming campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, or ad formats.
- Vendor Coordination: Ensure smooth operations with third-party vendors and explore new tools or enhancements.
- Campaign Setup: Configure new campaigns in the DSP, ensuring proper tracking and creative assets are in place.
- Reporting and Planning: Review daily performance reports, share insights with stakeholders, and prepare for the next day’s tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage Programmatic Revenue Management for all digital brands under ZoomerMedia Limited: setup and reporting of programmatic partners across client-side header bidding, server-side header bidding, Google Open Bidding, among others
- Direct Campaign Management: traffic direct campaigns by collaborating with clients, technical teams, creative, marketing and sales as necessary. Ensure direct ad campaigns meet delivery and ROI guidelines
- Technological Troubleshooting and Enhancements: Troubleshoot and reconcile third party impression discrepancies, and investigate new ad technologies and inventory enhancements (viewability, ad formats, etc.)
- Optimization: Work with design and product teams to resolve creative and inventory issues
- Communication: Meet and coordinate with vendors, creative and tech team as required
- Authorization to make decisions that optimize monetization
- Authorization to negotiate and sign contracts with 3rd party vendors
