- We currently have an opening for a
**Part-Time Shipping Coordinator** based out of our location in Richmond, BC, and will report to the Logistics Manager.

**Duties include**:

- Coordinating efforts between Warehouse and all other departments to ensure the proper documentation, reporting and processing of all inventory receipt payments occurs in a timely manner.
- Administrative duties associated with the role include warehouse receiving and shipping, processing paperwork, data entry and inventory cycle counts/confirmations.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with employees and drivers, helping to ensure customer shipments are on track.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Must have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task.
- The ability to work well on a team or independently.
- Be able to work around mobile equipment/tractor trailers.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Experience working with Outlook and excel.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Experience in cross boarder shipping, full-truckload as well as less-than-truckload is an asset.
