**JOB OVERVIEW**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Independent Fundraising (IF), the Independent Fundraising Digital Specialist is primarily responsible for implementing third-party fundraising programs and campaigns with a focus on acquisition, lead generation, re-engagement, stewardship, and digital expansion to support its revenue and retention goals.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Work closely with the Senior Manager to implement acquisition and retention strategies using digital tactics to create a best-in-class third-party fundraising experience to grow the supporter base and revenue
- Liaise with internal and external partners to execute digital campaigns and optimize independent fundraising digital platforms.
- Manage IF and Sports Alliance activity calendar for Digital properties, social media posts.
- Support business requirements and documentation for site creation for IF events.
- Initiate, test, and manage innovative approaches to fundraise digitally.
- Monitors and optimizes Salesforce Dashboards and continually identifies and actions discrepancies with data
- Responsible for revenue tracking and invoice processing
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to drive a digital transformation culture
- Contribute to our culture of justice, belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring that all staff feel represented and heard regardless of their gender, age, religion, ethnicity, and nationality or race.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary diploma/degree required, in a related field (preferably Marketing or Fundraising) with three or more years executing community-based fundraising strategies or events.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. attention to details are necessary attributes.
- Ability to set priorities, demonstrate a positive attitude, troubleshoot and problem solve independently using sound judgement.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend work
- Advance level of proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce
- Working knowledge of digital fundraising platforms such as Donor Drive, Luminate Online an asset.
- Working knowledge of digital fundraising performance tools such as Google analytics, UTMs an asset
- Bilingual an asset
