**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven **Sales Representative** to join our dynamic team at Dispatch X. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our educational programs, building relationships with prospective students, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This is a **commission-based role**—your earnings will be tied directly to your success in converting leads into enrolled students, giving you the potential to earn significantly based on your performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- **Consultative Sales Approach**:
Understand the needs and goals of prospective students. Provide personalized consultations to guide them in selecting the right training program based on their career aspirations and skill level.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:
Develop a deep understanding of Dispatch X's programs, curriculum, and unique value proposition. Clearly communicate the benefits of our courses and the impact they can have on students' careers.
- **Enrollment & Follow-Up**:
Assist prospects through the enrollment process, from initial inquiry to course registration. Ensure a smooth transition from lead to student by providing timely follow-up and answering any questions they may have.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students, offering ongoing support and guidance throughout their educational journey. Leverage CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. Provide feedback on market trends, competitive offerings, and student needs to improve overall service delivery.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in education, training, or a customer service-driven environment. Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
- **Sales Skills**:
Proven ability to build relationships, close sales, and meet or exceed targets. A consultative sales approach is highly valued.
- **Communication**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French. The ability to explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms is essential.
- **Tech-Savvy**:

Strong interest in helping individuals achieve their career goals and improve their skills in the field of dispatching. A commitment to the values of ethics, professionalism, and service excellence.
- **Adaptability**:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Comfortable handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
**Compensation**:
- This is a **commission-based** position, meaning your earning potential is uncapped. You will earn a percentage of the tuition fees for every student you enroll.
