**Number of Positions**: 2

**Term** : May 29, 2023 to August 25, 2023 (possibility of extension)

**Schedule** : 37.5 hours per week

**Location** : Ottawa, HQ

**Salary** : $15.50 to $28.00 / hourly rate dependent on level of education.

**Language Requirement** : Bilingual

**Summary of Responsibilities**:
On behalf of the organization, the Client Satisfaction team aims to ensure a smooth and efficient screening experience for passengers by answering their questions prior to travel. Post-travel, the Client Satisfaction team handles passenger complaints and claims through a fair, responsive and complete review.

The duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Assists with the drafting of written responses for public complaints, claims and inquiries in both official languages;
- Prepares, updates and maintains electronic files;
- Assists in the identification of trends in public inquiries and complaints to help improve current procedures and website and social media content.

**What you need to succeed**:
To qualify for the position, you must have:

- Enrolled in a college diploma or a university degree program with a specialization in communications, social sciences, journalism or in a related field;
- Experience in customer service and/or dealing with inquiries from the general public.

- Working knowledge of MS Office;
- Ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task and organize work efficiently.

**To qualify and to be considered for this employment, you must**:

- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident;
- Be eligible to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance;
- Be a full-time or part-time CEGEP, College or University student; and
- Be returning to full-time or part-time studies in the next academic year.
