Your future duties and responsibilities
You will help people and be a positive influence. You will bring a human touch to the relationship between customers and the company and be their trusted advisor. On a typical day, you will perform the following tasks:

- Implement the following modules: Group Insurance, General Ledger, Claims Management, Timesheet;
- Collect client's needs according to the module to be implemented;
- Propose optimal solutions adapted to the client's business context;
- Propose a work plan to the client, if necessary;
- Gather all the necessary documents for the implementation of the module;
- Ensure the integrity of the client's file throughout the implementation process;
- Respect the deadlines established with the clients;
- Act as an internal resource;
- Coordinate and perform the quality control required for the delivery of the file;
- Train new and existing clients on the modules;
- Document the particulars of the client file;
- Carry out a rigorous follow-up of the files being implemented;
- Provide consulting support throughout the implementation process.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- College degree in administration, accounting or related field or any other combination of education and relevant experience;
- A minimum of eight years of payroll experience;
- Payroll Compliance Specialist (PCS) certification from the National Payroll Institute (an asset);
- Relevant experience in large-scale corporate payroll implementation projects (an asset);
- Knowledge of the different steps of the payroll cycle;
- Knowledge of the different steps of the payroll preparation cycle; Knowledge of accounting for the general ledger interface;
- Ability to analyze the various interface needs;
- Developed sense of customer service;
- Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Analytical, synthetic and planning skills;
- Good priority management and organizational skills;
- Teamwork and communication skills;
- Knowledge of the Nethris Internet Suite or EmployeurD l'Unique (an asset);
- Knowledge of products such as: Time sheet, group insurance, etc. (an asset);
- Ability to work with Microsoft® Office tools;
- Excellent command of French and English, both verbal and written (essential).
