Pay Structure:
We operate on a piece-rate model, along with a robust referral commission bonus program. If you are not familiar with a piece rate model, I would ask if you have ever experienced the following: You're working on a job as part of a team and there is that one co-worker who is taking more breaks, eating more snacks, probably more chatty than everyone else and overall doing less work than you. In a piece-rate model that individual doesn't make as much as someone like you who has a fantastic work ethic. In a piece-rate model you get paid for what you complete and the more skilled and efficient you are, the more money you make in less time.
On top of the piece-rate income you earn for the work you complete, there is guaranteed hourly pay for the time you are scheduled to work. We refer to this as stand by pay. So even if the work is slow one day, you are always earning income.

Minimum Grade 12 education
Experience with low voltage, electrical, cabling twisted pair or fibre optics
Experience working at heights
Familiar with use of everyday hand tools
