We currently have outstanding opportunities for Sales Agents to join our team of dedicated individuals focused on bringing the power of the sun to more and more people every day

**As a Solar Sales Agent, You will**:

- Acts as advisor to corporate and self generated leads regarding Residential and Commercial solar projects
- Perform introductions and follow up meetings using Demand Renewables standardized proposals to facilitate the selling of Residential and Commercial solar
- Completes the agreement signing process converting leads into clients including the walk through and signing of all documents, and the collection of any supporting documentation
- Maintains a satisfactory closing rate based on company standards;
- Ensures adherence to Demand Renewables designed contact and communication strategies
- Executes all administrative functions relating to lead and client management
- Attend outreach community events and Tradeshows with the intention of building awareness and educating perspective Demand Renewables clients on solar benefits and opportunities

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and know when to ask questions
- Professional appearance/attitude and strong customer relation skills
- Previous business to consumer Remote Sales Experience - Previous experience in the renewable or sustainability industry will be considered a bonus
- Full valid driver's license in good standing with access to a reliable and insured vehicle;
- Clean criminal record;
- Proficient with technology and software, familiarity with CRM’s an asset;
- Open mind with a positive attitude and genuine passion for sustainability and innovation;
- Personable and professional with strong written and verbal English communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with mínimal supervision;
- Team player able to work collaboratively with all departments
- Ability to learn and understand new material and technical concepts easily.
- Requirements may include evening or weekend duty, and/or extended hours
- Some Travel is required - Accommodations and Per Diem provided

Compensation: $40,000/year plus competitive BONUS structure

**Experience**:

- Business to Consumer Sales experience of minimum 2 years
