Junior Office Assistant

XL Tool Inc. is currently seeking a professional **Junior Office Assistant** to join our growing team.
XL Tool is a tool and die and custom machining facility that provides high-quality solutions to a diverse range of industries, including Automotive, Nuclear, and other sectors that require custom machining services. Day shift (Monday - Friday)
Approx. 6 hours per day

**Your contributions to the team include**_**:_
- A/P duties
- Match invoices with packing slips and enter into ERP System
- Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments
- Reconcile statements and payable records
- Maintain up to date payables systems and records
- Pay vendors and service providers
- A/R duties
- Prepare and send out customer invoices
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing errors
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
- Customer service by responding to inquires in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff
- Answer phone, distribute messages, transfer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, daily mail and maintaining office supplies
**Position Requirement**:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Accurate, quick, logical in data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and positive approach in dealing with people
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Ability to work independently and be a team player

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
