**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receive and process trip envelopes (distances, fuel, expenses, pay, POD’s and furtherance)
- Order entry and tracking of loads
- Organize and file documents either electronically or with a paper filing system
- Process cash advances, money codes, and truck and trailer wash PO numbers
Interact closely with dispatch to provide customs support.
Respond to questions and requests as quickly as possible, making every effort to meet driver/customer expectations.
- Index receipts/load order/PODs/meat certificates/reefer temps into document viewer
- Monitor Reefer temperatures (Shared with CSR)
- Additional administrative duties as assigned.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role considered an asset
- Professional phone etiquette and message management
- Previous experience in the transportation industry would be considered an asset
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize essential
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
**Hours**:
- Permanent Full-Time Position; Sunday - Thursday, 40 hours a week
