**About You**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Assist in the organization of occasional company trade shows
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support HR/executives in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
- Efficiently manage complex calendars for senior executives, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and schedule meetings, ensuring optimal use of executive's time and resources.
- Handle basic creation and tracking of invoices and expenses in Quickbooks.
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in a tech environment or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required
- QuickBooks experience is an asset
- MS Office experience (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) an asset
- Strong communication skills
**Salary**: Up to $67,000.00 per year
