As an Entreflow Payroll Specialist, you work with our fabulous clients and are responsible for:

- Payroll for our clients, process and manage all stages of payroll, from preparation to payment. Incl processing and verifying the details of time reporting, stat payments, pay deductions, earnings & adjustments as needed.
- Ensure that all payrolls are completed and approved prior to the deadline both internally and externally
- Tracking and receiving the approval from the your manager and the client
- Confirm and check the accuracy of all client payroll & benefits processing, reconciling on a monthly basis.
- Answer all payroll related queries from clients, employees and CRA.
- Calculating, reviewing and processing Employee reimbursables, travel etc
- Complete and submit ROE
- Reconcile, submit and pay all remittances to CRA, WCB & benefit providers on time.
- Support clients and their employees with any payroll or benefits queries in a timely manner
- Support the accounting teams with payroll journal entry reports and queries
- Ensuring ESA standards are followed
- Maintain an effective filing system for all documentation relating to payroll procedures
- Provide Labour reports to management and clients as needed
- Support the clients with any quick hires or terminations
- Quarterly audit of the journal entries in the accounting files to the payroll software to ensure accuracy
- Filing and preparing provincial worksafe remittance payments for approval at minimum 2 weeks prior to the deadline
- Filing and preparing EHT remittance payments for approval at minimum 2 weeks prior to the deadline
- Keep up to date with changes to payroll legislation; raise concerns with your manager right away
- Audit payroll data to accounting files when we conduct an accounting onboarding with a new client
- Benefits management, including set up, changes, and terminations
- Ad-hoc analysis and remittances

**Requirements**:

- HR and Payroll background
- Payroll Certification or equivalent
- Preferred HR degree or schooling
- Knowledge of Payroll Software - Quickbooks, Payment Evolution
- Being organised
- Ability to balance tasks at hand
- knowledge of google docs and sheets

**It is an asset if you have**
- Experience with manufacturing companies, technology companies or startups
- Experience implementing payroll software and/or HRIS software
- Accounting and bookkeeping training
- AP, AR or Bookkeeping experience
