The Specialist, Digital Marketing is a key role to drive digital marketing programs to support business objectives, increase brand reach in key markets, and drive client engagement. This highly collaborative position will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement measurable digital marketing initiatives. This is an excellent role for detail and solution-oriented individuals with a passion for data and turning insights into strategic opportunities.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Collaborate with internal/external partners (including marketing, sales, operations, etc.) to execute programs and communicate key messaging for targeted segments, with strong calls to action
- Explore lead generation, nurture and engagement campaigns as appropriate for each business (as well as overall) to identify and capture prospects as well as create and maintain high levels of client interaction and engagement
- Support the refinement of audience profiles, segmentation, and journey mapping
- Deliver and monitor results: Track and report on Key Performance Indicators, and create dashboards, to evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations to maximize ROI
- Ensure all initiatives are executed with excellence, meeting timelines and budgets
- Monitor industry trends and share insights for marketing planning
- Monitor competition and provide creative client growth ideas
- Other responsibilities as required

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- 3-5 years of marketing experience working within a Marketing department or Digital agency, minimum 3 years in digital marketing
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing (BCom, BSc), digital technologies, or relevant field
- Keen eye for data, analytics best practices and ability to communicate insights and opportunities
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization; utilizing data to refine and improve marketing tactics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels, tools, best practices and trends
- Experience working with external agencies on paid campaigns and/or website development
- Familiarity with web design, development, and best practices
- Superior analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work with a team as well as work independently when needed and meet strict deadlines while juggling priorities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial organization
- Experience helping grow the digital marketing footprint for a B2B sales and marketing driven organization, using digital marketing best practices is an asset
