**About the role**
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a **Regular Full-time Program Manager, Partners for Life**, to join our dynamic **National Development** team.
The **National Development** team is responsible for establishing and delivering a comprehensive fundraising and partner engagement program to support the strategic priorities of Canadian Blood Services. The team works collaboratively and diligently to engage donors and partners in supporting patients through the many ways to give to Canada’s Lifeline.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Partnerships and Sponsorship, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the Partners for Life (PFL) program, a national program that encourages team engagement in a broad range of activities to support the organization’s mission, including biological product donations, fundraising, participation on national registries (stem cell and organ/ tissue donation) and advocacy. You will leverage your expertise in corporate and community engagement and recognition, as well as peer-to-peer activation, to deliver a premier program for engaging corporate and community groups in Canadian Blood Services’ mission and supporting national and regional objectives related to the collections of biological products, revenue generation, partnership engagement and brand awareness. You will be an ambassador of the organization’s multi-product ambition, delivering an engagement program that allows groups to seamlessly navigate and engage in the many ways to give to Canadian Blood Services.
You will be a skilled communicator and collaborator, successful in working with a diverse group of internal stakeholders to design, deliver, and implement complex, multi-faceted programs, and initiatives. In partnership with the Associate Director, Partnerships and Sponsorship you will consistently evaluate program health and establish models and targets for annual and multi-year growth.
**Formula for success**
- Harnessing your strategic leadership skills, you will provide direction for the PFL program, overseeing the revitalization, refreshment, and modernization of the team engagement and recruitment platform.
- Employing your ability to lead cross-functional teams, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to define comprehensive objectives and priorities for the PFL program, translating them into actionable plans for program enhancement.
- Leveraging your commitment to driving for results, you will ensure the PFL program delivers against key corporate objectives, such as national/regional collection plans, fundraising targets, and community/corporate partner engagement strategies. You will steer the ongoing growth and evolution of the PFL program by identifying opportunities to enhance the partner experience and maximize portfolio results.
- Collaborating with the Associate Director, Partnerships and Sponsorship, you will contribute to the creation of the budget, key performance indicators, targets, and evaluation measures for the PFL program.
- Confident in leading program implementation, you will enforce national guidelines and procedures, ensuring internal adherence to program requirements and consistent strategies for PFL partners. You will also collect, interpret, and manage large datasets to segment partner data for a better understanding of PFL audiences, guiding custom approaches as needed.
**Desired education and skills**
- Post-secondary level education in a relevant discipline (fundraising, marketing, communications) from a recognized academic institution or appropriate combination of education and experience.
