**Partner Alliance Manager**:
PARTNER ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Partner Account Manager owns and expands on key vendor relationships that ultimately supports and drive sales initiatives within the organization. Manufacturers are assigned and designated to best meet the needs of our sales organization and manufacturer requirements. The Alliance Manager is responsible for identifying relevant routes to market, management of development funding, positioning of solution initiatives and building on field engagements that accelerate our overall go to market strategy and sales motion.

Essential Functions:

- Establishes productive and professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel within our partner community and TeraMach/Pivot sales organization
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel in order to meet sales and service performance objectives and manufacturer requirements
- Meet mutually agreed upon quarterly/annual business objectives that deliver value within the various business units within our organization
- Proactively lead joint partner planning process’ that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with our brand
- Proactively, assess and validate the needs of the sales organization on an ongoing basis
- Manages potential channel conflict within the channel community by the development of strategic relationships
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of necessary company resources and partner personnel
- Ensures all objectives and requirements are met to remain compliant within the vendor program(s)
- Drives adoption of company programs that are relevant within your assigned partner community
- Identify complimentary solutions/routes to market that enhance our solution value within the customer and vendor channel
- Travel, when necessary, in order to fulfill job functions

Accountabilities:

- Achieves company objectives aligned with our designated partner base
- Meets assigned quarterly objectives, as set out by the VP, Business Alliances
- Ensures that completed partner plans are aligned with, and approved by, our sales organization, along with the Office of the CTO, and their associated efforts
- Collaboration with sales and company leadership to ensure visibility into all existing and proposed initiatives
- Assess manufacturing/distribution programs and initiatives to identify areas of leverage that are beneficial for our organization (monetary, political, and programmatic)
- Confirm that all vendor certification and program requirements are met to remain compliant
- Quarterly business updates
- Management and tracking of revenue, profitability, marketing development and rebate funding that is relevant to your brand(s) and our business

Organizational Alignment:

- Enlists the support of sales, operations, discipline and management needed to support your partner initiative(s), relationship and community
- Coordinates executive involvement within the TeraMach/Pivot organization and partner community, as needed, to foster strong relationships
- Works with Sales organization to assist with and resolve customer satisfaction issues
- Reports directly to the Vice President of Business Alliances
- Any contract re-negotiation or modification to be reviewed and approved by VP, Business Alliances

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology partner management/sales
- Experience and record of success working in a sales capacity with organizations developing and delivering complex technology solutions
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and are a self-starter
- Ability to travel, (25% at minimum) in order to fulfill job functions.
- College degree or equivalent experience
