Our team is looking to add a competent B2B Sales Executive:

- 8% Sales Commission

As a sales representative, you are responsible for your performance. acquire new customers through face-to-face prospecting, client meetings, and phone sales (cold calls)

**What you will do**:

- Manage and own the lead lifecycle from prospecting to nurturing and negotiations, to the final sales presentation that acquires the customer.
- Identify potential prospects and key decision-makers, build strong relationships with customers, and position the FardTech brand within the industry.
- Engage and nurture prospects and leads through discovery, solution selling, and effective sales presentations.
- Build excellent rapport and leverage this to steer prospects toward solutions.
- Develop sales strategies and manage sales/performance goals and quotas.
- Manage comprehensive negotiations with senior-level executives and business owners.
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiations skills, Go-getter Kind of attitude.
- Understanding of IT Services and Solutions in general and to be able to comprehend the portfolio of FardTech in order to solely/independently bring the business to meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

**What Skills You’ll Need**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (business and face-to-face experience an asset).
- Consultative approach, dedicated to solution selling.
- Tech Savvy.
- Verifiable track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
- Organized, competitive, disciplined.
- Excited to learn and extremely coachable.

This is work from home position Monday to Friday. The sales meeting at the client site might be needed.
