**What You’ll Do**

As a Law Clerk at Rudner Law, you’ll be at the heart of our legal operations, working closely with our dedicated lawyers to deliver top-notch service. Your role will include:

- Assisting lawyers with a variety of tasks
- Conducting thorough legal research
- Communicating effectively with clients, opposing parties, and court staff
- Reviewing and organizing documents
- Drafting documents such as correspondence, agreements, termination letters, settlement documents, pleadings, motion materials, and mediation/pre-trial briefs
- Updating and maintaining legal precedents

**What You’ll Bring**
- A Paralegal/Law Clerk diploma
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in civil litigation
- Proficiency with technology, including Google Workspace, Clio, MS Office, and online Court portals
- In-depth knowledge of the Employment Standards Act and litigation procedures
- A dedicated home office space and a reliable internet connection for remote work

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
