We are currently expanding our Markham office and are looking for a Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team here in Markham on an immediate basis.

Key responsibilities:

- Ability to create, organize and maintains physical files;
- Ability to create, organize and maintains electronic files in online database;
- Ability to administer deposits;
- Ability to generate and review reports as required;
- Directly communicates with clients and other lawyers offices;
- Ability to draft and amend correspondence upon direction;
- Ability to draft and prepare closing documentation; and
- Prepare reporting letters and accounts to clients.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Ability to work independently, accurately and efficiently on multiple files;
- Ability to meet deadlines while balancing different priorities;
- Proficiency with LawyerDoneDeal, Unity and Teraview;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
- Strong attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
