**About the Role**:

- Performs day to day purchasing of inventory, placing, tracking and receiving orders as per established guidelines
- Co-ordinates buying for all branches within assigned region & Specialty Product Groups. Supports specialty groups in processing & inventory control management. Identifies opportunities to leverage sales between specialty groups
- Maintains purchasing records, entering stock transfers and adjustments
- Engages vendors to address shipment errors, Return Merchandise Authorisations, claim back procedures and product issues
- Administers & supports inventory cycle counts and yearly inventory count for assigned region

**Who We're Looking For**:

- High school dipolma or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Proficient with vendor, purchase order systems and Microsoft office
